the room was beautiful and spacious. the breakfast was fresh and really good. amazing amenities were available.

the humidity caused a mold smell in the room. the staff said they would assist with something , but they did not. no sun was coming inside the room.

the staff were polite and the room service was amazing. the food was really good! the room was excellent! there was a huge living and reception room and a big bedroom with a very comfortable bed.

the rooms were awful and one window was frosted! the other just looked out to a fake jungle garden. terrible value for money i think it's not worth $450 a night, and we got charged twice for the room. it was a little difficult getting our money back.

the staff were helpful and kind. the accommodation was stylish and comfortable.

The gym felt outdated. availability at the spa was limited. the pool was too small for the number of guests, space was often insufficient. It seemed like a perfect facade but issues started to emerge upon closer inspection. price and quality seemed unbalanced. I would not stay again.

The forest suite had a lovely layout. the terrace offered a unique view of the surrounding woodland. the included breakfast featured plenty of choice. I tried different options daily (the waffles were noteworthy!).

the gym, although adequate, is a bit small.
