amazing stay with great service

The staff were really nice too accommodate every wish i had. It was appreciated. nelson helped me greatly with tattoo preparations, i am so thankful. also, the breakfast was AMAZING!!! i stayed for three nights and enjoyed it fully.

the staff was SO friendly and helpful. they always greeted me with a smile and were quick to assist with any request. the hotel location was also GREAT, close to many shops and restaurants. i thought it was perfect, .

the air conditioning was NOISY, it made it difficult to sleep sometimes. also, the balcony was tiny, it did not have enough space to dry any wet clothes. it was really a pity.

I loved how close the hotel was to everything. it was so easy to walk to restaurants and shops. ms. lilik helped me wear balinese costumes. She took beautiful photos. the food was AMAZING!!!

My room's window did not close properly. the bedroom felt humid, and there was an unpleasant smell. the fridge was very noisy. I unplugged it to sleep.

the bathroom cleanliness was not good. i noticed hair in several places, and it seemed they only tidied up instead of thoroughly cleaning. this happened despite me asking them to vacuum. also, the noise was quite disruptive because my room was near the reception and restaurant. people were eating and drinking right outside my door late into the night, and breakfast preparations started very early.
