The room had a hot, powerful shower. That was great. there were also lots of courtesy drinks provided in the room. breakfast was excellent. That was a plus!

I noticed the elevators suffered issues. the minibar wasn't restocked during my whole trip. That was inconvenient. also cleaners were still in our room hours after we asked to have it cleaned.

A Wonderful Hotel Experience

i appreciated the variety of bars, restaurants, and amenities this hotel offered. i particularly enjoyed the ease of access to the beach club and pool. the gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes , which i found useful. i also liked the quietness of my room.

the corridors to the bamboo studio were dark and felt unattractive to me. i also found the absence of a bedside table a bit inconvenient. additionally , the sofa in the room was quite low and not very comfortable.

the staff were friendly and accommodating . they provided assistance with directions and information about the hotel. the room service was prompt and efficient , always available within 24 hrs.

the bamboo studio featured modern decor and functional design. the room included a well-stocked minibar , replenished daily. the electrical gadgets were easy to understand , contributing to a seamless experience.

the breakfast offered an excellent choice of western and indonesian dishes. the a la carte menu was tasty and varied , available from 7am to 11am. the dome restaurant offered a selection of western cuisine.

The staff greeted us warmly. I enjoyed the hotel's dedication to sustainability and environmental consciousness. The design captured my attention. I examined its architectural details closely. The location was perfect for grabbing necessities because shops were close by.

I found the music at the beach club to be excessively loud during the afternoons. It was difficult to relax fully because of the volume. I wish there was a quiet zone who prefer a more peaceful atmosphere.
