The staff was always friendly! The advice they gave was great and they were very patient. The room was really good. The breakfast was plentiful and the dinner was filling. I enjoyed the meals a lot. I really enjoyed the outings I organized with them, including the reindeer safari and husky safari.

The glass igloo featured easy aurora viewing, and it remained warm, and was cleaned regularly. It's definitely the major star. A transport service moved luggage to and from the igloos with ease! I think this made things simple and very convenient.
