a mixed experience at THE accommodation
poor furniture flimsy curtains
the location was a good one, I found. the staff seemed friendly and helpful.
i booked a junior suite, but it was not good. it was located in a building across from the main hotel and had poor quality furniture. the curtains were flimsy and let light through, and the shower was tiny. It was VERY disappointing.

Absolutely Loved it! A Total Win!
helpful staff on-site pub easy location
I found the staff helpful, they even arranged an early breakfast! This was great for those of us checking out at 6 a.m. The pub located on the premises was a definite plus. It's super convenient! The airport bus dropped us right outside the hotel. What a relief! Most sights were within easy walking distance, I walked everywhere.
The lack of warning regarding high levels of manganese in tap water was concerning. I spotted innocuous signs in the lobby only after checking out. A sign in the room is necessary!

The room had slippers, robes, and a Nespresso coffee machine, a real treat. A reindeer outside our room was so adorable. I even got to print boarding passes and luggage tags at the hotel. So helpful!

The breakfast was great. There was a nice bar too. I had a comfortable experience. The gift shop was cute and reasonably priced. I found the dining options to be enjoyable. Food quality was excellent

The included breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. Staff were helpful with directions to local attractions. I found the gift shop to be reasonably priced and it had interesting souvenirs.
The temperature adjustment in my room did not seem to work properly.

great breakfast central location run down hotel small room
the breakfast had a lot of choices it was one of the best hotel breakfasts i ever had the location is the best in the city the hotel has a bar a restaurant a spa with outdoor jacuzzi it has everything you need to enjoy your time.
the hotel feels quite run down the rooms were very small and in need of maintenance a large poster depicting either whaling or polar bear hunting was above every bed.
