i seemed like a vip at check-in because the staff was helpful. my bags were promptly taken and delivered to my room, so i could relax. the staff collected my bags at my convenience and stored them until i was ready for the airport. the surroundings, atmosphere, location, and proximity to the airport were superb. the breakfast buffet had plentiful options, enough to please anyone.

the reception staff communicated effectively in english and were always nice. i appreciated their gesture of providing a breakfast box for my early flight. they also arranged a van to the airport, collecting me from my suite.

lots of room existed for parking and close to all the village activities. it was quiet overnight and i felt safe. the cottages were lit up beautifully and they were so warm all the time

the location to the village was really great. it was only a five minute taxi ride from the airport. the santa claus village is very close. crossing the arctic circle was very convenient.

The location was acceptable. It was near some local attractions.
I was disappointed, especially regarding the cleanliness. Housekeeping was minimal. They only straightened the beds. After a few days, the floors and sinks felt QUITE unsanitary.

the location was close to attractions, convenient for exploring the area.
i was disappointed in several aspects of my stay the daily cleaning i paid for was not provided, despite my complaints at reception. luggage handling was also absent, and i had to manage my luggage through the snow. the breakfast was average, especially given the price i paid.
