I found the receptionist very friendly at check-in. They gave us much details about the hotel. A complimentary glass of cava was a nice touch on arrival. The Sky Lounge requires an extra fee. However it is very relaxing with reasonable drink prices. The mature lady at the restaurant reception was nice. The buffet offers lots of different food, and a chef cooks fresh items. Breakfast was great with variety. I saw a chef cooking omelets too.

I had issues with the air conditioner. It wasn't working well at first. I felt the staff was slow sometimes. Getting fresh towels for the pool required a deposit. This. I found this a bit odd.

The staff greeted me warmly on arrival. The welcome was lovely! my room had a modern design and was very clean. the restaurant offered excellent food, and i found prices at the bar reasonable. the sky lounge provided a very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful city and sea views.

I found the room's sound isolation inadequate. I could hear noises from neighboring rooms. it was a bit disturbing!
