i liked the excellent location. access to major transportation was very easy. the neighborhood has many cafes. i found high-speed internet, and meeting rooms worked well for me.

The room temperature was not great, and i couldn't adjust it myself. I had to contact reception each time to resolve it.

amazing stay near placa catalunya!

excellent locationeasy transportationunattentive staff

the location was very nice! it's seriously just a few minutes to placa catalunya and la rambla street. tons of shopping spots are super close. getting around was so easy because the metro takes you everywhere in zone 1 and buses are super convenient too. i totally recommend this place!

i did notice that the breakfast table staff seemed a bit off, not super attentive. there was a small mix-up with my breakfast reservation one morning, which took a bit to sort out! it wasn't a huge deal, but a little extra attentiveness would was good.

the superior double room included nice in-room necessities, such as slippers and a toothbrush with toothpaste. it was great having those little extras readily available! the room had nice views overlooking the city.

the location was central , allowing quick access to many attractions. the room featured excellent lighting with many spotlights, a detail i appreciated. the hotel provided a coffee machine in the lobby , available at any time.

the street was very noisy , , made it hard to sleep well. the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled , and i could not adjust it. this led to the room being too hot , even though it was winter.
