squeaky bathroom door broken air conditioning
the location was acceptable since it was close to the beach and some restaurants.
The air conditioning system didn't work well. It blew air directly onto the bed, even at the minimum setting, and the bathroom door was squeaky and noisy. These issues affected my rest.

fantastic stay near the beach
sea proximity generous portions friendly staff genuine hospitality
I appreciated being so close to the sea. It made beach trips easy. the delicious breakfasts with generous portions were a great start to each day. dimitris and his father were friendly and always ready to assist. i felt right at home because of their genuine hospitality.

the hotel features a nice little pool and a convenient pool bar. a mini-shop is located right beside the hotel, providing nearly everything one might need. an atm is conveniently available right out front.

lefteris and dimitri arranged a taxi to and from the airport, ensuring smooth transportation. they recommended and booked a restaurant in fira for us, very thoughtful. the staff readily answered questions and addressed any needs we had.

helpful staff everything was super clean multi-course breakfast
the staff was very helpful and kept the place clean as new. breakfast took place in a restaurant only 30 meters away with a view to the beach. every day a multi-course breakfast was served and it varied daily i love it

faulty air conditioning loud nightclub
the staff were friendly and accommodating.
the air conditioning didn't work well, it blasted air like a siberian storm right onto the bed, even with the airflow at the minimum and a temperature of 27 degrees. also, the road where the hotel is located seems very quiet during the day, but at night there is a nightclub nearby that played music at full volume until 4 am.

clean pool maintained jacuzzi excellent location
I found the pool area very clean. It featured a jacuzzi that was well-kept. The breakfast location was excellent, right next to the sea (a short walk from the hotel).
The hotel is close to the airport, I experienced some noise due to planes landing.

Breakfast was served at a restaurant near the beach. I received a set menu, that included pastries, eggs, and fruit. There were slight variations each day. Coffee and tea were available.

lovely staff pool view beach proximity
The staff was lovely and helpful! the room had a great view overlooking the pool. It was very clean and well-equipped. there were pool towels, a mini bar, and a hairdryer. the hotel is right next to the beach with many restaurants and bars nearby.
The air conditioning system wasn't great. It blew air directly onto the bed even at the lowest setting. i hope they fix it soon.
