really good stay with fine views!

I found the staff friendly and courteous from check-in. the lobby features a large seating area with huge windows. these windows provide an very nice view of the downtown area. It also has mount fuji when the weather cooperates. i especially appreciated the plentiful food options and variety at the breakfast selection.
The hotel rooms felt slightly outdated. I noticed it particularly in the worn state of the carpet. i also found the bathroom to appear a bit old.

the staff were cute. the hotel had a really good breakfast. easy access to metro and train lines was convenient.
the room and bathroom were quite worn. train noise was noticeable, especially at night. the hotel is not close to the station.

i appreciated the smooth check in and check out. the front desk staff spoke english fluently, made communication easy. the lobby offered beautiful city views, including tokyo tower, i thought it was fantastic. i also liked that there was complimentary coffee and water available in the lobby, it was a great perk.
the signage for the hotel in the underground walkway was barely visible.
