the on-site bakery was a highlight it offered gluten-free items. the staff were helpful in giving directions. luggage transfer service was provided making travel simpler. the proximity to the metropolitan building allowed for easy access to shows.
the lobby was crowded at times it felt a bit chaotic

The location is fantastic. I loved being across from the park. There is a bus stop just across from the park. It made getting around very easy. The hotel has luggage forwarding, and I used it to send my luggage to another city (Toyama) on my trip. The front desk staff was very helpful with this service.
The bathroom felt a bit like a capsule you find on a train, a bit small.
