ineffective air conditioning bathroom wear
I found some aspects of my stay less than satisfactory. the air conditioning was not effective. it struggled to cool the room adequately. the bathroom could use some attention. I noticed some areas that was worn and not as clean as i expect. the breakfast buffet felt overpriced for the selection available..

Fantastic Airport Hotel Experience!
convenient shuttle room service
The hotel offered a REALLY convenient free shuttle service to the airport terminals. The room service menu provided a good variety of options until late, which I totally appreciated after a long day. I found a drugstore in the lobby, it was quite convenient for last-minute essentials.
The gym and swimming pool had limited hours, so I couldn't use these facilities . I arrived early, but they were not open until 3:00 pm. I wish they had been open earlier.

our spacious corner room impressed me. facilities were great and really useful. the hotel provides a shuttle to the airport. the check-in and check-out were efficient and quick.
i found that using the pool requires an extra fee. this information wasn't clear when i booked.

The level of service was really good here. I used the coach buses they provide to visit the local temples, and also the mall. The shuttle service to and from the airport was efficient! The room I had was large for Japan with comfortable beds. The staff was wonderful and always ready to help.
It would have been nice to have more water refill stations available, especially when the dining area is closed. The bathrooms are a little small, but that's a minor point.

The hotel features a self-service laundry, convenient as I continued my holiday. A sky bar is available on the top floor, great for enjoying a Japanese whisky. There is also a swimming pool.

Check-in was quick. They prepared for bus arrivals from the airport. shuttle services between the airport seemed regular. i found a convenient drugstore and a convenience store right within the hotel. the free luggage carts became very helpful for my baggage.
the air conditioning did not work and the room became very hot. it was difficult to rest well. the dinner buffet was disappointing and costly. it had limited options, which wasn't what i expected.

airport proximity included breakfast convenient shuttle quiet view
The hotel's proximity to the airport and the included breakfast provided great value. I also found the complimentary airport shuttle bus very convenient. The efficiency of the shuttle made my transit smooth. I am also grateful for the quiet rock garden view in the restaurant, it helped me relax.
I found that the gym hours, which start at 2 PM, are inconvenient for early risers.
