a decent stay near the beach
spacious room great location dated hotel stained bed
the room was spacious and the air conditioning worked powerfully. i enjoyed the pool access as it allowed me to jump in the water straight from the room after a walk. the hotel's location near the main beach street made it easy to find food and drinks.
i noticed the hotel looked dated. there was some wear and tear in all areas needing attention. also, i found that the third bed added to our room looked old and stained so it had to be changed.

Acceptable Stay, Noticeable Issues
dirty pool unacceptable bed
The hotel is close to the beach.
The pool was not well kept. I observed scum and mold around the edges. The condition of the third bed we paid extra for was unacceptable, appearing stained and ripped. Staff replaced it, but its initial state was questionable for a hotel claiming a four-star rating.

Really good Stay, A Traveler's Delight
helpful staff private boat tour varied breakfast connecting rooms
The staff ensured the retrieval of our delayed luggage. Their translation assistance proved invaluable. A last-minute private boat tour was arranged for us, including visits to Banana Beach and a secluded snorkeling spot. Breakfast offered a good selection of dishes and coffee daily. The pool and beach access greatly enhanced our experience. Connecting rooms perfectly accommodated our family of three children.
I noted the absence of readily available washcloths, needing to request these separately from housekeeping.

Breakfast featured diverse options from both Thai and European cuisines. It provided fresh fruit and vegetable selections. The breakfast staff were very attentive. They maintained a clean and well-stocked buffet area. Coffee and juice options were readily available during all breakfast hours.

The pool area included ample loungers and shaded sections. It provided a comfortable relaxation space. Direct beach access allowed easy transitions between the hotel grounds and the ocean. The staff offered helpful information.

The reception staff were consistently helpful and friendly. They answered inquiries promptly. Housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout our suite daily. Poolside service offered a variety of beverages and snacks. The staff were always attentive.

Our suite included a separate living area and a fully equipped kitchen. It allowed comfortable family time. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. They ensured restful sleep. A balcony offered a relaxing outdoor space with pleasant views. The breeze was very refreshing.
