relaxing stay
huge pool pool access large bathroom
the big pool and grounds were lovely. i had a pool access room and liked being able to walk straight into the pool. the room had a shelf and steps for entering the water. the room included decent storage and a large bathroom.
the resort was aged. IT requires more maintenance.

fantastic pool access!
amazing breakfast pool access
i found the staff very friendly. the breakfast each day was amazing with a great variety of food (i especially liked the parathas!). i loved waking up and walking straight into the pool from my water pool access room.

the hotel is near many bars and restaurants, so dining options are abundant. it is also within reasonable walking distance to a range of really good restaurants and the beach. there are shops nearby too.

good breakfast pool space rusty door damaged air conditioning
the breakfast selection was quite good , with many options available. the pools were also well kept , offering plenty of space to swim and relax.
the room showed some wear and tear , especially the rusty door frames. the air conditioning unit also was damaged , which was concerning.

The multiple pools were amazing and well kept. i enjoyed the convenience of a pool access room. It allowed direct entry into the water. the room had good air conditioning. the location was ideal as it was very close to many shops and only a brief walk from the beach.
the room felt a bit dark, less inviting during the day.

The staff demonstrated attentiveness and were helpful when i had questions. they maintained the grounds very well. housekeeping kept my room spotlessly clean throughout my stay. Their attention to detail was AMAZING!!!

pool access short stroll bristly staff long journey
the pools were awesome! especially the ones that had pool access from the rooms. the resort was quiet without lots of rambunctious children and a short stroll got me to the beach, restaurants, bars and markets.
the resort has been open for a while and is starting to show its age already, though it seems to lure many people due to the amount of swimming pools it has, they are ok but detract from the real problems. reception staff were bristly on arrival and were not thoughtful of my long journey to get there, it was very off putting though the bellboy saved the day a little.

My room had a generous size and included a large bathroom. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. Breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection. I especially loved the parathas.

I loved the multiple pools. There were so many! the location was convenient with shops and restaurants a short walk away. the staff were very helpful. They quickly addressed any questions i had. i enjoyed the breakfast buffet too. It offered many choices.
i noticed some minor wear and tear on the furniture in my room.

staff offered very efficient service. i received prompt assistance with all requests. the reception and concierge teams demonstrated excellent hospitality throughout my stay. they were very attentive to my needs.
