The villa was spacious. I also appreciated the cleanliness (it really stood out). The breakfast team offered very good hospitality and a friendly attitude.
The private pool had algae growing in it. The water looked cloudy, concerning. It took two days for them to address this (moving us to another villa).

The television was quite outdated! there was a small screen in the living room. It lacked modern features. The remote control did not work well, so changing channels was a struggle. I found the breakfast selection rather limited. The variety of options seemed less than expected, though the staff provided good service.

The staff were pretty good with care. i was upgraded to a private pool villa. the breakfast buffet at firefly had mimosas. the villa was spacious with comfortable bedding. Pictures don't do it justice. i enjoyed relaxing in my villa and using the steam sauna. it was very relaxing!
the gym equipment showed wear, with some rust. this made the fitness area appear slightly less maintained than the rest of the hotel.

the main pool includes twenty loungers with a shaded section. the restaurants feature international cuisine and local dishes. the spa offers couple massages, with a serene environment conducive to relaxation.

the staff ensured plates and cutlery for delivered food arrived quickly. the front desk arranged bike rental and gave local recommendations. the newly introduced app made communication with the front desk, restaurant, and spa seamless.

Really good Stay!

Check-in was seamless, and I received a welcome drink immediately. The grounds featured lush gardens and well kept walkways. I really enjoyed the prompt shuttle service to nearby areas. The on-site restaurant provided really good service (especially with arranging a birthday surprise!).
I noticed a slight delay in receiving extra towels one evening.

My Ocean View Pool Villa had a spacious layout with high ceilings. The bathroom included a large bathtub and separate rainfall shower. The provided robes and slippers were very soft and clean.

The staff was attentive. My villa had a spacious swimming pool. The furniture was comfortable and high quality. The villa decor was modern. I found the villa super clean. The pineapple fried rice at the restaurant was amazing. I recommend the coconut panna cotta. This stay was a nice retreat.
I noticed minor maintenance issues in some areas of the hotel.
