The view of the caldera was amazing. I had a sunset view every single night! i stayed in the double room volcano view, and it was awesome. the location was perfect, close to everything, including restaurants and shops!
honestly, the only tiny issue was the many stairs to get to the room, but the porter service helped a lot.

My double room volcano view had a fantastic balcony. the hot tub was an excellent place to relax. It offered amazing views! the room had everything i needed, and it was cleaned daily.

The staff were helpful and friendly! they arranged transfers to and from the airport. This made everything so easy. the luggage service was also very welcome, especially with all those stairs.

The staff was friendly and provided useful information about bus routes.
I found the room quite basic and in need of updates. The pool area looked nothing like the advertised photos. Cheap plastic loungers were a real disappointment. The pool snack bar and breakfast were barely acceptable.

I must say, the breakfast was quite underwhelming. The fruit juice tasted artificial, like it came straight from a lab, not an orchard. Our room, a Double Room Volcano View, felt dated and tired. It definitely did not match the photos I saw online. The bathroom lacked even basic amenities, like glasses for water.
