excellent stay in the city center
great location accommodating staff easy access
i found the hotel to be in a great location as it was very walkable to the downtown area shops and restaurants. the staff was accommodating and nice. i had easy access to many restaurants, all within a short walk.
the tea and coffee facilities were not great. there was a nightlight in my room i could not switch off.

the lobby has an elegant design and a historical feel, a feature that i found appealing, the hotel features a breakfast room that is spacious and well-lit and gives a beautiful setting for a morning meal.

the staff was very helpful, courteous, and efficient. the service i received allowed an early check-in, and i was happy as my room was available upon arrival, all my requests were handled quickly.

the hotel is close to many bars and restaurants. it also is close to government buildings. the harbor is an 8-minute walk. bus stops are conveniently close to the hotel.

The location is convenient I found it to be near shops and restaurants. The breakfast selection was excellent there were both American and Icelandic options. The staff was friendly and helpful they answered all my questions.
The room lacked ventilation it became hot. Rooms facing the street experienced noise late into the night. Blackout curtains were insufficient I could not block out the long hours of daylight.

i liked that staff are friendly. location is very central for easy access to nearby places. the breakfast buffet offers variety.
the gym has an extra charge to use even .

the room was nice and neat, though the television was somewhat small. i find the bed comfortable and i sleep well. there is also a safe in the room for valuables.

the hotel provides transfers to the airport. i note there is a spa downstairs. breakfast is included and i find it very good with many options to pick.
