The location was central. Breakfast was included. It offered cereals, yogurts, cheeses, meats, fruit and pastries.
Our bathroom had used towels on the floor upon arrival. They seemed to make the bed but did not wipe down surfaces or replenish the tea. I had to ask for more at reception.

The hotel staff was friendly. They gave us a plug adaptor when we forgot ours.
The room layout was just bad. There were steps up to a small sleeping area. The TV didn't even work. there was no microwave. Breakfast choice was limited, and the ham was too salty for my taste.

the hotel provided a tasty boxed breakfast when i had an early departure. the location proved very convenient with the bus stop very close for tour pickups. i found the staff to be quite helpful with questions and early check in was accommodated.
The shower area was small in the bathroom. It felt a bit cramped. this made maneuvering a bit challenging, especially when trying to avoid flooding the bathroom floor.
