average experience, some issues encountered
musty room smell poor soundproofing
the breakfast offered a nice selection. the variety met my needs for a quick meal (especially the skyr).
The room i was assigned had a distinct musty smell. it was persistent and quite off-putting. additionally, the soundproofing was poor. I could hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. the noise disrupted my sleep on several occasions.

comfortable bed better toiletries
i loved the spaciousness of our junior suite. the bed was very comfortable and i enjoyed the better toiletries provided.
the comically small, quarter-pie shaped shower in the room was a bit of a surprise.

helpful staff clean rooms lovely breakfast soft mattresses room disrepair shower gap
The front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast has everything and is lovely. Rooms were spacious and very clean, a true delight.
The mattresses were too soft and I woke up every morning of my stay with back pain as a result. There were signs of disrepair around the room. There was A ONE inch gap under the shower screen, an awful design decision. It resulted in half the shower water ended up on the bathroom floor.

breakfast buffet warm bathroom restaurant service inconvenient plugs phone charging broken lamp
the breakfast buffet was great. i appreciated the warm bathroom. dinner in the restaurant was fantastic, the service was awesome.
electric plugs were inconvenient. there were no plugs for phone charging near the bed. a floor lamp needed replacing as it did not work.

the minibar was empty , which i found quite inconvenient. i had to go all the way to the reception to get a drink or snack. it started early in the morning , disrupting my sleep.

fabulous breakfast spacious lobby relaxing atmosphere dust issue wardrobe problem inconsistent water pressure
The breakfast options were indeed fabulous, I was charmed. the lobby seemed very spacious and cozy. I found that it created a relaxing atmosphere. I was super happy about the 12:00 check out time. It allowed a relaxed departure.
The room's cleanliness fell short of expectations, I noticed dust. the wardrobe had a problem closing properly. That was slightly concerning. the shower system, I must say, was somewhat confusing to operate and the water pressure was inconsistent.
