The front desk staff were helpful. The breakfast has everything and is lovely. Rooms were spacious and very clean, a true delight.
The mattresses were too soft and I woke up every morning of my stay with back pain as a result. There were signs of disrepair around the room. There was A ONE inch gap under the shower screen, an awful design decision. It resulted in half the shower water ended up on the bathroom floor.

the breakfast buffet was great. i appreciated the warm bathroom. dinner in the restaurant was fantastic, the service was awesome.
electric plugs were inconvenient. there were no plugs for phone charging near the bed. a floor lamp needed replacing as it did not work.

The breakfast options were indeed fabulous, I was charmed. the lobby seemed very spacious and cozy. I found that it created a relaxing atmosphere. I was super happy about the 12:00 check out time. It allowed a relaxed departure.
The room's cleanliness fell short of expectations, I noticed dust. the wardrobe had a problem closing properly. That was slightly concerning. the shower system, I must say, was somewhat confusing to operate and the water pressure was inconsistent.
