bad smell plumbing issues
the breakfast was good and there were many options
the room smelled bad i noticed some disrepair including plumbing issues and a shower that flooded the bathroom a plexiglass installation on the floor for a ceramic display stuck out i cut my toe the first day this was not fixed it was dangerous

Charming Stay with Fantastic Views
convenient parking food quality panoramic views unique room
The hotel offered convenient street parking at no cost. I found a diverse breakfast selection with high-quality food at both breakfast and dinner. The roof terrace provided amazing 360-degree views, great for sunrise and balloon watching. I appreciated the unique room. It enhanced the overall experience.
The bar prices seemed a bit high for the area I would have liked to see them slightly reduced.

The staff assisted with luggage upon arrival. This was really helpful. Receptionists were friendly, also helpful. Irem, Hedi, and Eylul provided special assistance making the stay nice.

The room was unique with great views. The cave room design felt authentic. It had an earthy charm. The hotel layout was excellent, giving access to a sister hotel next door. The cave passages created a true labyrinth effect.

Really good Stay with Lovely Views

During my recent visit, I experienced a complimentary room upgrade! My upgraded room offered a spacious layout and tasteful decorations. The room included modern amenities. The hotel's rooftop terraces provided fine panoramic views of the surrounding landscape, which I enjoyed.
The bathroom lighting was a bit dim. I know it added to the ambience of the cave setting.

The hotel's location offered convenient access to several shops and restaurants. Walking to local attractions was easy from the hotel! The views from the hotel were lovely, particularly during sunrise when hot air balloons ascended.

lovely view seamless organization stress-free trip
The hotel's location offered lovely panoramic views from its terraces and staircases. I appreciated the seamless organization of activities by the staff. It, awesome for complete relaxation. I had all my meals at the excellent on-site restaurant and enjoyed Turkish bath sessions each evening
The wifi in my room was unreliable during the majority of my stay. Despite reporting this issue multiple times it was not resolved until my final night. This.

My room had unique rock formations and provided a door and two windows for ventilation. Every room has its own sitting area, ideal for enjoying views and watching morning hot air balloons float by, an exquisite delight.

The breakfast was delicious, showcasing authentic Turkish dishes. A tractor ride one morning transported us to a farm to table breakfast. I adored the local cherry juice and the assortment of desserts presented during my breakfast services.

The breakfast buffet was good (the variety was adequate).
I stayed for several nights in a cave room. The room had a distinct musty smell. The air conditioning was insufficient (I could not get the room to cool down sufficiently).
