Excellent stay with nice views
central location spacious room beautiful rooftop view convenient exploring
The location was central and convenient for exploring. My room was on two separate floors and felt spacious. The rooftop view was beautiful (even without seeing the balloons). I also appreciated the mosque being close to the hotel.
The dustbin in my room was a bit small.

The hotel had a scenic terrace and lounge music. Watching the balloon rides from there was a special experience for me. The available sightseeing tours also made planning easier.

Breakfast offered many options, and the kitchen staff were very kind. The traditional turkish breakfast items were a highlight. It was definitely an amazing experience (especially the freshly baked bread).

The staff were friendly and helpful. They really took care of the guests. The staff was available to help with all questions concerning the stay, organizing sightseeing tours, the balloon ride, restaurants, and transfers.

the location allowed easy walks to the city center. the hotel arranged various tours, convenient. i appreciated the different relaxation areas around the hotel. also, the staff brought luggage to the room quickly.
the hotel seemed overpriced compared to other options. the breakfast buffet had limited choices in a small space. i noticed spring beds. also, towels had holes.
