some issues , despite a promising start

rigid service limited sitting area
the breakfast service felt unnecessarily rigid. tables were pre-assigned with place cards , which didn't allow for flexibility or choice. also , the lack of a proper guest sitting area outside of breakfast hours was disappointing. the only available space was marked as off-limits , which meant spending downtime confined to the small room.

a real GEM

maintained garden personal touch welcome pack
The gardens ARE beautifully maintained, from the entrance to the room itself. The owners clearly considered all needs, i couldn't be happier. I'll plan to return SOON. The warm welcome with many personal touches, included a welcome pack and real milk in the fridge.
The seating area felt slightly restrictive as it was mainly available during breakfast. There were also specific seating arrangements during breakfast that felt a LITTLE inflexible.
Service
10/10
the Host, Natalie, treated me very well from the start. i immediately felt WELCOMED. Natalie explained a path along the canal towards the lake with benches for enjoying the area, a very nice touch.
