The location proved very convenient. It was a short walk to the BTS station. The room was clean and well kept. I found the rooftop pool a relaxing amenity (it wasn't too crowded ).
The gym was smaller than expected, with limited equipment.

The rooftop pool is a nice feature, with a place to unwind after a day of exploring. There are a limited number of sun loungers available near the pool. The gym has basic equipment for a quick workout.

the hotel room was lovely. i appreciated that its location was central. i could easily walk to terminal 21 mall in about 12 minutes.
i found the service somewhat lacking. reception staff were not very helpful with sending plates. i was told to get them myself from the top floor cafeteria. they don't deliver food from outside to the room either.

i found the rooms very spacious and clean. the housekeeping lady was very lovely and cheerful. she did a great job to keep our rooms tidy. i felt safe in this hotel.
i noticed a lack of helpful service. the reception staff were not helpful to send plates and cutlery to the room when asked. i was told to get it myself by going to the top floor cafeteria.

soi 7 proved very convenient. the nana stop on the bts trainline was a 5 minute walk away. you could easily reach the shopping centres like siam paragom and mbk within 3 stops.

the rooms look new. they face residential houses and not a neighbouring highrise. the rooms are also quiet. i found the bed to be very comfortable.
