flavorful starters delicious food strange experience purchase requirement
The restaurant offered very varied and delicious food. I especially appreciated the international mains and flavorful Arabic starters. Ms.Vanessa made sure our table was always looked after. Her attention was appreciated.
The pool bar staff questioned my request for a cup of ice. They insisted I purchase a drink first. I thought it odd since self-catering options were available.

dated room moldy smell
the pool was large it served its purpose
the room felt dated and not quite what i expect from a hotel of this supposed caliber the grout in the shower was crumbling and there were cobwebs in the corners i also noticed the closet had a strange almost moldy smell

The location by the sea was really convenient. The heated swimming pool was nice, and the private beach access was great. I stayed in a family room and it had a little kitchenette. THE breakfast was generous with amazing options and delicious food.
I found the decor in my room dated. There was a faint damp smell in the room. I also thought the storage space was limited.

helpful staff spacious room poor cleanliness breakfast quality
The room was spacious. It included a washer and dryer, very useful for my needs. Staff members are friendly and helpful.
The breakfast quality was not up to standard in terms of taste. Cleanliness was poor, which I did not expect. This detracted from the overall experience.

the gym features several machines. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.

the breakfast buffet has lots options. the staff was very attentive and friendly to me. i would say with uber you can reach almost any place and can walk to emirates palace and qasr al watan.
i found the ac blows directly on your face during sleep. the room design need work because it is very dark. i found that they gave me a broken iron with no steam option.

i appreciated the plentiful choices at the breakfast and dinner buffet. the location was also perfect, offering proximity to key amenities within the hotel. (i really enjoyed that!)
