spacious room good service helpful engineering
the room was spacious and clean. staff provided good service and quick responses when i needed something. rajkishorsah from engineering was amazing and helpful.
i noticed the shower water drained slowly, but it wasn't a big issue.

complimentary cake good touch perfect cleanliness special charm
the complimentary cake for the anniversary was a good touch. I found the cleanliness of the room perfect, and the view added a special charm. The staff demonstrated friendliness. Karlla, so helpful.
The telephones in my room were unfortunately broken upon arrival and not promptly fixed, which caused some minor inconvenience.

The Beautiful Twin Room included two separate sinks. The room also featured a rainfall shower. I found fresh clean towels daily and bottles of water.

superb service huge suite immaculate room refreshing experience
Badr was a highlight. HE provided superb service in the dining area. The staff upgraded our room. It was a HUGE suite! Housekeeping, including Bimala, ensured our room was immaculate and well-stocked with fresh supplies. The rooftop swimming pool, although not huge, offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience with warm water.
I noticed the call center's response time for early check-in requests was slow.

varied breakfast friendly staff broken telephone insufficient towels
i found the breakfast quite varied and satisfying. the staff was friendly and efficient. the room was very clean and the view was quite nice.
the telephone in my room was broken upon arrival. the room was not cleaned well enough. i also felt there was not enough towels provided for two people.

the breakfast was good with various foods to choose. room size was spacious. the bathrooms were huge. showers were like a waterfall.
the closing of the sink wasn't working, if you opened it, it would be a big hole.
