wonderful stay
fresh optionsthemed décorunfriendly receptionist
the breakfast had fresh options. i liked the themed décor throughout the hotel (especially the cartoon characters). the staff were very helpful with our suitcases.
the receptionist did not smile upon arrival. this.

the hotel offers a kids' club that is amazing and very close to the wb park. the gym is open 24h and offers all kind of equipment. yas island has a circulating bus every 15 minutes.

our room had a comfortable king bed with high-quality amenities in the bathroom. i found the vintage phone very charming (a real nice touch!). the room was cleaned every day with no issues.

the hotel is within walking distance of the wb park. taxis are always available for trips. the hotel offers free return transport to dubai by bus.

the free access to yas island theme parks was a great perk. i also liked that i could walk to wb and yas waterworld, so that was very convenient.
the beds and pillows were too stiff and uncomfortable! though the swimming pool on the top floor was really small. the breakfast buffet was nothing special and it was crowded with a queue to be seated
