I found the staff helpful with directions to the city center. free private parking was a great benefit. I didn't worry about my car. the supermarket nearby was convenient for quick needs. I could easily grab essential items.
The accounting practices seemed unusual. i paid half my stay in advance, then paid the whole stay again. I am still awaiting the refund for the prepayment.

the room was clean, i found every corner super clean. the hotel looks bright, a short walk leads to the tram, it's convenient. i appreciated the modern touch and the peaceful atmosphere, it really was like a worry-free escape.
i did notice the absence of english instructions around the hotel. navigating without a common language proved difficult. some essential information, like using the facilities, required translation.
