amazing stay!
kind stafflittle ironcomfy beds
i've stayed here for one night! the staff were so kind and friendly, starting at reception and continuing through the restaurant! the bedroom had everything i needed, including a nice little iron and ironing board! the beds were super comfy too!
there was no shower gel in the bathroom! also, there were cheap plastic glasses! the tile grout was very dirty!!

the reception staff were lovely. rebecca greeted us so happily. she accommodated us with an extra night and free breakfast. the breakfast was a lovely touch, it was a nice gesture, customer service was very effective.
we paid for an upgrade to a beautiful double room it cost €40. i enquired the difference between beautiful and standard but the room we stayed in was not renovated. i paid €40 for nothing this was a bit of a let down.

the staff was very kind, letting us check in early. the beds and pillows were very comfortable (like sleeping on clouds). i also noticed i couldn't hear traffic from the road outside.
the shower did not drain perfectly.

The room I got included a bath and separate shower. The staff was very helpful. I secured a room upgrade upon arrival. Breakfast had lots of options. The hotel is near the city center. It is about a ten minute walk.
The bedroom curtain was a bit loose. It need some hooks.
