the staff were friendly and always AVAILABLE. rooms were clean and spacious. breakfast offered great variety. i really enjoyed the complimentary toiletries provided, that added a touch of luxury to my stay.
this was inconvenient, especially with luggage.

the room had a tv and coffee maker that i used often. the bed was very comfortable. i found plenty of extra pillows for a better sleep.
the swimming pool and spa area were not ideal. i noticed many kids were kicking balls around. it was hard to swim properly.
