Friendly faces and clean spaces!

Connor was so helpful and friendly, showed me around like it was his own home. The room was clean, and I liked the little bar they have. The location is super close to the tower, easy to find your way about. I will go back sometime soon.

The room was a bit small, its true, but I didn't spend too much time inside anyway. I spend most of my time exploring the surroundings, everything was alright.

The staff was very helpful and available. Connor especially were really good too help me out, he showed genuine care and consideration. That kind of service is rare.

Connor and the team were very cute. There was a great selection of spirits with prices displayed. The hotel provided an ironing service, which really saved me. It was really handy.

the staff offered a tour upon arrival. they showed me around the hotel. the staff recommended the burgers. i tried one and it was beautiful.

my first room felt very cold. i was moved to another room because of that. the carpet in the second room felt wet. i was told it was due to a redbull spill.

i found the room to be colder than expected. it was located on the top floor, and the radiator did not seem to function properly. this was particularly bothersome considering the weather conditions . also, there weren't any complimentary soaps or toiletries provided in the room, which i found rather inconvenient.

i found the location convenient to the sea front and shopping centre. the hosts provided good banter making me feel welcome. a well-stocked bar and happy residents allowed for good conversations. the breakfast and food menus offered satisfying options and everything tasted fresh.

the television offered limited channels for viewing, so entertainment options were somewhat restricted

I found activities kept everyone entertained. The hotel style was indeed amazing. Connor helped us anytime we needed assistance. His assistance meant a lot to us.

I noticed overbooking unfortunately meant some guests had no place to stay. It was a difficult situation for them.

efficient check-in good furniture clean shower

i checked in efficiently early wednesday evening. the kinda decorated room featured good furniture. the super clean en suite shower and toilet provided a clean space, and the room smelled fresh. i had a tv and wifi available in my room.

the noise throughout the night made sleep difficult. people shouted upon arrival, and seagulls created noise outside the window all night. it was difficult to get proper rest due to these disturbances.

the family business operated very well. the hosts gave maximum effort to all guests despite personal challenges. they readily offered help to other guests facing emergencies at nearby establishments, opening their doors in the early hours.

The food tasted delicious. they were very accommodating with allergies. i especially liked the jack daniel wings and burgers. They are a must try!!! the prices were reasonable, representing great value for the quality and service.
