Convenient and Clean Stay

The location was convenient for exploring the area. Check-in was quick and easy, the staff was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well kept, which i appreciated. The hotel offered great value for the money i spent.
The noise from the street at night was noticeable, which disrupted sleep. The windows were thin and did not block out much of the outside sounds.

The location was fantastic. It was central. the family room we had was very spacious! it also featured a modern design and it felt very clean. the overall quietness of the hotel ensured a peaceful experience. i really appreciated the room's cleanliness and modern touch.
I noticed that the selection for breakfast felt somewhat limited. It wasn't a massive issue, though.

The location was central. It was easy to access many attractions. The breakfast options were well presented and very tasty (the eggs benedict were AMAZING!). The room had modern decor and was clean, which i consider essential. I appreciated the large windows offering city views.
I noticed only soap provided, more bathroom amenities would be a plus.

my room was very clean upon arrival, and i appreciated the very comfortable bed. the staff were friendly, this was very helpful. the location is also great, with stores a short walk away!!!
the pillows were uncomfortable, very lumpy!!! i wish i had complained at the time. i also noticed constant running water in the toilet. i reported a missing light bulb, but no action was taken.
