the room felt quite dated to me. the provided towels were not soft, they felt stiff. these details definitely affected my experience negatively.

this spot is so close to the airport I walked there in minutes what a treat. the owners were super friendly and helpful they gave great advice about local spots. the room was recently updated with new carpets and everything felt fresh and clean i slept great.
the room i had was a bit small it was totally manageable for one night though.

free parking is available right on site which is really convenient i had no trouble finding a space even late at night. there is easy access to the metro for quick trips into newcastle city centre too.

my room included tea and coffee making facilities so i could have a cuppa whenever i wanted. the en suite shower was great it had good pressure and plenty of hot water available. i found everything i needed.

The host was helpful. i appreciated the quick access to nearby eateries. the communication before my stay was excellent. The owner replied swiftly. the location was perfect for my needs.
The bathroom shower needed better cleaning. I saw dirt when i wiped the tiles. there was no dining area available, despite it being listed in the description. upon arrival, the lady immediately asked for payment, i found this a bit off-putting.
