good stay AT this hotel
beautiful viewsnice decorfriendly staffoutdoor seating
i found the location offered beautiful views up loch driuch. the furnishings and decor were nicely appointed in my twin roomwith a good window seat. the staff were helpful and friendly. the restaurant and bar were good, with lots of outdoor seating.
the corridors smelled super damp , and of mildew.

the hotel offers outdoor seating areas , allowing them to enjoy the views, moreover the onsite bun shop adds a touch of local charm and provides convenient treats. inside, comfortable lounges offer a relaxing space to unwind.

the staff showed kindness, especially the two young men at the bar , who were knowledgeable and helpful. breakfast service was efficient , and the server was both personable and attentive to guests' needs. staff readily assisted with extra requests.

the hotel has a great location near the isle of skye , offering easy access to nearby attractions. the hotel sits right on the loch shore, providing great walks from the hotel grounds. the hotel offers fine sunset views.

The hotel seemed understaffed, particularly during breakfast. i had to search for someone to seat me, and then again to get coffee. the bar food was also disappointing. the menu was limited and the quality did not justify the price. it seemed like they were stretched too thin to deliver well on everything. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, and it reflected in the service and food quality.

The location proved convenient for my travels.
My room felt quite small. A faulty lock caused the door to rattle, proving distracting during the night. The breakfast area appears new, however the food did not meet expectations. The coffee machine needs replacement. It underperformed.
