easy check-in super clean room early bar poor dressing rooms
The room was Super clean. I also appreciate the quick and easy check in process at the reception desk.

tidy room easy parking
the room was very good clean and tidy. it was well looked after and cleaned daily. the food was good and parking was easy.
i noticed a lack of christmas atmosphere. there was no christmas music in the background at all.

some issues
hot room breakfast surcharge
the room was too hot (even in february!). i had to sleep with the window open. this disrupted my sleep. also, the breakfast setup seemed cheap. i don't understand extra charges for hot food items. it should be included for all guests.

the staff in the restaurant were very attentive! the food was excellent.
check in was delayed! the room WASN'T ready until 4:15. i had to wait around, even after being told it would only be 10 minutes! it was a MESS.

spacious rooms great facilities helpful staff
the hotel presents spacious rooms well stocked with amenities. great facilities are available. staff member are helpful and friendly. the room i stayed in include a large comfortable bed and blackout curtains, which ensured a restful nights sleep. i appreciate the attention to detail.
the hallways show some wear, needing minor updates.

the rooms features ample space and comfortable bedding. rooms include tea and coffee making facilities. each room has a television and a private bathroom with complimentary toiletries. i find it a very convenient arrangement.

the staff demonstrated professionalism and friendliness at the hotel i found this satisfactory

Relaxing stay in a nice room
nice food renovated room excellent breakfast
I found the food to be very nice in the bar restaurant (especially the desserts). The room was newly renovated and had all the needful things. Breakfast was excellent too.
