amazing seaview bungalow!!!

the staff was very cute. i enjoyed the free pickup from the pier, it was very convenient. the views from the room were the best, i could sit on the balcony and see amazing sunsets.
i found the taxis quite expensive. a trip cost 300, 400 baht. a hotel shuttle goes only twice per day to the main pier.

the room was nice, clean, and it had a comfy bed. there was working ac, and a great bathroom with a really good shower. clean towels were provided, including beach towels, and we received four water bottles daily.

the breakfast buffet was amazing!!! fresh fruit options included mango, pineapple, and watermelon. banana pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelette, spring rolls, meat, thai food (rice, pad thai, vegetables), bread, croissants, juices, coffee, tea, and great salads with the most amazing garlic dressing were available.

a decent stay

the breakfast had lots of good options. it was buffet style, which i found enjoyable. i ate evening meals there and the table overlooked the bay. it was AMAZING!!! the beautiful seafront room was literally over the sea, so facing west i got lovely sunsets.
The motorbike rental service is a scam. other rental companies allow small scuffs, but these guys charge for everything. i asked hotel reception for help. They were not interested. it is a shame.

rude stafffaulty air conditioning
I found the staff pretty unhelpful. They often seemed bothered when i asked for something. one morning, i asked for help breaking a large bill for a taxi, and they just flatly refused. it was also frustrating that the air conditioning barely worked in my room. i sweated through most nights and was pretty eager to leave (it was not a pleasant experience).

The buffet breakfast included many options. A direct transfer from the main ferry harbor to the hotel was available. A short walk provided access to three beaches. Snorkeling could be done immediately.
