Comfortable Stay in Central Location

Our group secured three rooms, and staff allowed access to one early. That action helped after our overnight flight. The rooms each had unique designs, all were very nice. Bathrooms included great features. I enjoyed warming up in the underground sauna and hot tub after long days of exploration. A great breakfast offered both European and American food options.
One of our rooms had insufficient window coverings. Light from the midnight sun affected sleep. I hope they will address this.

great hotel, good memories

i got a diplomat suite upgrade right away and the room was very nice. the beds had comfort. the terrace let me watch the northern lights. diamond members get two free drinks each night. free breakfast, and water. the bus stop is only two minutes away, so travel was super easy!
housekeeping missed our room several times . it was shocking. they didn't even replace towels. i got towels and water sent, but nothing else fixed the issue.

the location provided easy access to various attractions i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff when i needed directions. the room had a modern design with comfortable furnishings. breakfast included a good selection of items including smoked salmon.
the room's temperature was difficult to regulate causing some discomfort at night.
