i found the location convenient. public transport was easily accessible, and many attractions were within walking distance (i especially liked exploring the nearby shops). the staff provided helpful directions. the room had great soundproofing. i never heard outside noise.
the digital key system was quite inconvenient. i had difficulty accessing my room with the mobile link. physical keys would be much easier.

the key system, its a joke. you need wifi to get in the room, it didn't even work! staff didn't say i had to tell them by 10am if i needed cleaning, i mean, who knows that? when they did supposedly clean, the coffee cups stayed put. not worth the money, i tell you.
