non-functional air conditioning noticeable noise
The room supposedly had air conditioning, it was not working. I told the staff. They did not seem to care. The room became uncomfortably warm. The noise from outside was quite noticeable too. The window did little to block it.

convenient stay near olympiapark

The breakfast offered various options and it had good quality. i found a convenient parking spot near the hotel. the metro station is right in front. It provides easy access to the city center. the rooms seemed spacious enough for a comfortable stay.
The air conditioning did not work properly. This made the room too hot. i never experienced such bad air conditioning at any hotel. i will consider a different hotel next time i visit.

missing coffee station inconsistent air conditioning
the room had no coffee or tea. that's rough (i need my caffeine!). also, the ac seemed to be playing hide-and-seek. it would work, then not work. a bit annoying really. i reported it, but nothing changed, so i just sweated it out.

I was pretty annoyed by a couple of things . the air conditioning was a complete disaster. I couldn't get it to work properly. the room just stayed stuffy and uncomfortable (it was like a sauna in there!). also, the pillows were thin. It seemed like sleeping on a pancake. i asked for extra pillows, but they told me they were completely out of them. sleeping wasn't easy, thin pillows, broken air conditioning

The location provided great access to the metro. The front desk staff was very helpful. They provided a takeaway breakfast because of our early flight. The staff members were very knowledgeable.
The room was cold. The air conditioning was not working. The walls were very thin.

Acceptable Stay near Olympiapark
convenient location breakfast variety ineffective air conditioning small bathroom
The hotel is conveniently located near the U-bahn station. This made getting around the area quite easy (especially for visiting the Olympic Park nearby). The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options.
The air conditioning in my room was not very effective. The bathroom was a bit small (there wasn't much counter space).
