missing coffee stationinconsistent air conditioning
the room had no coffee or tea. that's rough (i need my caffeine!). also, the ac seemed to be playing hide-and-seek. it would work, then not work. a bit annoying really. i reported it, but nothing changed, so i just sweated it out.

broken air conditioning
I was pretty annoyed by a couple of things . the air conditioning was a complete disaster. I couldn't get it to work properly. the room just stayed stuffy and uncomfortable (it was like a sauna in there!). also, the pillows were thin. It was like sleeping on a pancake. i asked for extra pillows, but they told me they were completely out of them. sleeping wasn't easy, thin pillows, broken air conditioning

The location provided great access to the metro. The front desk staff was very helpful. They provided a takeaway breakfast because of our early flight. The staff members were very knowledgeable.

The hotel is conveniently located near the U-bahn station. This made getting around the area quite easy (especially for visiting the Olympic Park nearby). The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options.
The air conditioning in my room was not very effective. The bathroom was a bit small (there wasn't much counter space).
