great breakfast convenient location easy links
the breakfast was great the choice and quality was good. the hotel is located two minutes from the central train station. this means links with the rest of the city and airport are easy. accor gold status was recorded.

tender moments in a central stay
great comfort wonderful array
the bed felt expansive and offered great comfort. a minibar refilled daily stood out and reminded me of a sweet gift. breakfast presented a wonderful array of options. the cleanliness throughout the hotel made for calm.
the air conditioning did not function properly i found it difficult to regulate the room's temperature and i found it hard to sleep.

convenient location easy check helpful staff
the location was very convenient near the main train station. i had an easy check in. the staff stored my luggage, even though i arrived early. counter staff provided helpful local maps and knowledge. the ground floor restaurant had a good food range.
the air conditioning did not work properly, even in summer. i had to open the windows. this resulted in some street noise overnight.

The front desk and bar staff were very lovely. The staff maintained rooms properly every day. Staff members were cute and professional, providing good service overall. They were quite polite.

the room was spacious. it seemed thoroughly cleaned (which i always appreciate). the free mini bar included beer, juice, water and soda. it also had coffee and tea. it was replenished daily.
the towels seemed worn. i could not control the air conditioning. the photos of the lobby did not match reality.

Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay
central location spacious room stocked minibar helpful staff
The hotel location is near the main train station, it made transport very easy. I found my room spacious and quite clean. The minibar had complimentary drinks and snacks, restocked daily.. That was an unexpected bonus. The staff was friendly and helpful with directions.
The air conditioning was not effective on warmer days. It did not cool the room adequately.

helpful staff delicious buffet convenient location poor air conditioning dated decor morning noise
The staff was very helpful and efficient. I found the breakfast buffet delicious (especially the variety of cheeses). The hotel's location is quite convenient for getting around.
The air conditioning did not seem to be working correctly. I thought the decor in the room was a little dated. I also found the noise from outside to be quite loud early in the morning.

the breakfast buffet included a very good variety. the free minibar was a nice bonus (i really appreciated it!). the bed was very comfortable for sleeping.
the reception staff didn't seem very cute upon arrival. there were no smiles or greeting to help me feel comfortable. also, you can't even buy a soda late at night if you fancy one. (the bar was closed!).
