the location was convenient with street food close. i enjoyed the views of fish and monitor lizards in the klong. the staff proved wonderfully helpful and friendly, i felt very welcomed. the hotel provided good value for the money i paid, i appreciated that.
the sewage smell from the toilet was unpleasant, it affected the freshness of the room.

The breakfast available was good, it featured a range of options. The service was prompt. the bar by the canal downstairs allowed peaceful drinks. the restaurant offered local dishes at reasonable prices.

The hotel is close to khaosan road, this offered easy access to nightlife. it is set back from the main street. This provided a quiet environment. temples are near, facilitating cultural visits.

The staff was super kind and cute. I felt comfortable asking them any question. A staff member (Suon) spoke perfect English and helped me with everything I needed. My room was cleaned every day (which i appreciate) during my five-day stay.
There was a slight sewage odor coming from the bathroom. The smell did not spread to the rest of the room, but it was still noticeable.

Breakfast offers a great view of the canal. Guests really enjoy this. I found the coffee and smoothies especially tasty (i loved it in the mornings). The breakfast was good, and reasonably priced, with multiple options.

I found the staff helpful. They readily assisted with luggage storage and provided detailed directions. the hotel's location next to the canal offered convenient access to nearby shops and restaurants. i appreciated the cleanliness of my room and the thoughtful daily provision of bottled water. the soi had a nice coffee shop and several affordable dining options, perfect for a quick meal.
the air conditioning unit in my room seemed a little outdated.

the strong sewer odor really detracted from things. it seemed to emanate from the bathroom and spread throughout the room. i asked to change rooms, but they said nothing else was available. also, the air conditioning was set TOO cold, and i could not adjust it myself.
