excellent stay near the park!

The location is great. It allowed quick access to the park entrance at opening. the meals in the restaurant were excellent. The staff was attentive. i viewed elephants from the pool bar area one afternoon! laundry service worked well, providing good value and efficient turnaround.
The tennis court was in poor condition. The equipment was inadequate.

The hotel featured a well kept pool, a bar, and a restaurant. i saw monkeys roaming the grounds freely. It was a very charming experience. i saw that the gym seemed adequately equipped with standard machines.

Really good Experience at the Gate

The location near the park entrance is superb. Staff members were consistently friendly. The viewing terrace provided ample opportunity to observe local wildlife. Food options were excellent, and the rooms were spacious.

mixed experience with service issues
slow servicequestionable cleanliness
I encountered some issues . the service was inconsistent. Sometimes the staff seemed overwhelmed. one evening, i waited an unreasonable amount of time for a drink at the bar. the room was generally clean but i found a few hairs in the bathroom upon arrival. this made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning process.

fresh produceriver view
i stayed for four nights and breakfast was amazing. i really liked its extensive range of fresh produce. the location is a two minute drive to the park entrance. this made our safaris easy. sabi river runs alongside the hotel. we watched animals from there, it was so exciting!
The gym only has a limited number of equipment. Two treadmills and one stationary bike.
