The room was awesome, very clean. i loved the big bath tub. It felt so romantic. stepping out to see the view was the best part, especially from the first floor. the restaurant felt very cosy and intimate. I adore its staff. the reception and restaurant people were very kind.
Arriving was a little stressful. The room was not ready. it meant i had to wait with my laptop. it was not the best start to a romantic getaway. i wish things had gone more smoothly.

I found parking and check-in very easy. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I thought the bathroom was nearly new and sparkling. The food in the restaurant was AMAZING!!!

The breakfast was really good with lots of options. I ate in the restaurant, and I thought the bar food was really good and reasonably priced. This added positively to my stay.

The staff were really helpful and cheerful. I found the reception staff, Chad at the bar, and Amelia and Hookana the waitresses especially kind. Nothing was too much trouble.

the suite was spacious and provided an really good view from the room. our room overlooked the pool area it felt so private. i enjoyed room service dessert it was a real treat.
the mattress felt very firm it could be improved. i did find it a bit uncomfortable.

the shower and bathtub were luxurious offering a perfect retreat. i found the room spacious and impeccably clean. Comfort and tranquility were in abundance. the complimentary coffee and tea service stood out with its premium coffee pods and fine tea selections!
i noticed a slight delay in responding to a maintenance request.
