mixed feelings about my stay
slow servicedirty pool
I found some issues . the restaurant service was slow and quite disappointing! i couldn't order any starters from the a la carte menu, which i found unacceptable for a hotel like this. also, the pool wasn't clean. There was a noticeable scum line that looked unhygienic.

the beautiful king room garden view was quite spacious. it included a writing desk and a good coffee selection. i found the housekeeping to be very attentive. i liked the beautiful views from the restaurant (i visited it several times).
I noticed the tea and milk were not replenished after i used them in the afternoon. I could not have tea in the morning.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. dimpho at the front desk gave me a warm welcome. bongi, also at the front desk, facilitated an extra day without any issues.

the breakfast buffet offered a huge variety of options. ulrica from the restaurant was a cute face during breakfast. the saturday supper buffet was especially enjoyable (the variety was amazing!).

the hotel grounds have lovely, well-kept gardens and lawns. the pool area is large and offers a spacious tanning area. the manicured lawns enhanced the beauty of the surroundings.

I really loved the spacious bathroom in my suite. It included a separate shower room and toilet , made mornings easy. The room service was great. They came in both the morning and evening! Breakfast was excellent and the dinner options were amazing too!
The pool wasn't very clean I must say.

I appreciated the room size. The swimming pool was a very good size. The restaurant had a good selection. The view of the surroundings was great.
I noticed cigarette butts outside on my balcony. It was almost impossible to get ice. It took three phone calls and two hours one night. My door would not close properly because the door was fractured.
