excellent stay, some minor hiccups

the breakfast offered a fantastic variety of fresh foods, i found it excellent. the location proved to be very good i could easily reach shops restaurants and the beach. all staff i interacted with were very friendly and helpful which i really appreciated. the resort's value for money was hard to beat i think.
the hotel restaurant has limited milk options for coffee which was a minor inconvenience. i would really like it if they had more choices.

i felt welcomed each time i entered. staff remembered me and were always so kind! breakfast tasted very fresh each day. the pool and its bar were very super clean.

the gym only had few equipment and it could be expanded to offer more variety

my beautiful double room had a spacious layout it included two bedside tables with lamps the air conditioning worked perfectly ensuring the room remained cool and comfortable throughout my stay the king sized bed offered restful nights

The staff was helpful and the location was very convenient. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The air conditioning in my room worked VERY well.
The gym equipment showed its age. The selection of drinks at the bar was limited. The music played at the pool was not very upbeat.

the hotel is well located for shops, restaurants and the local beach. the grounds are beautiful and the two large pools with a swim up bar are fun. the room service food is good value for money.
i did not like the new building and rooms that have no outdoor space to sit, it felt clinical. the management needs to step up and support staff in people reserving sun beds all day and they were unoccupied for most of the day.
