friendly staff breakfast variety provided transport cheap lobby long queue dark hallway
the staff provided excellent service they were friendly and helpful. breakfast had many options it was well laid out. the hotel provides transport to nearby shops and the beach.
the lobby was a bit cheap and tacky. check-in took a very long time there was a long queue. the hallways felt dark and it was hard to find my way around the hotel.

wonderful balinese escape
excellent breakfast peaceful atmosphere
The breakfast was excellent. I found many local and international options. the garden was amazing and i loved the six pools on the hotel. i could always find a quiet spot to relax, and the overall atmosphere was very peaceful. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
the rooms weren't as clean as i hoped. i noticed some crumbs on the table when i arrived, and this was a slight disappointment. sheets were only changed every three days, and i found a cockroach in the bathroom. that was a concern.

The location was convenient. It was a gentle 15-minute downhill walk to the main street. a shuttle service was very useful, and taxis were also cheap and readily available. getting around was easy and convenient.

every staff member i encountered was friendly and helpful. the manager assisted me greatly when i needed medical help, which i appreciated. the staff remembered my name and always offered assistance. their service enhanced my stay.

dark restaurant atmosphere poor beach furniture
The staff was super helpful.
The restaurant felt too dark, and it impacted the dining experience. I also found the beach furniture to be in poor condition, specifically old sunbeds. The presentation of food at the beach area was below what I expected, and it affected my overall impression.

friendly staff excellent facilities dark atmosphere poor condition
The staff was very friendly. The facilities were excellent. Everything was clean and well maintained.
The restaurant's atmosphere is really too dark. This makes it feel quite gloomy. The beach furniture is in poor condition. The old sunbeds and umbrellas are held together by wire, and it really doesn't look good.

friendly staff pool areas room cleanliness table crumbs
The staff provided excellent service. They were very friendly and helpful. The hotel gardens were green and well maintained. The pool areas were also a high point (plenty of space to relax!).
I found the room cleanliness to be inconsistent. I noticed crumbs left on the table. It was not wiped. I also discovered cockroaches in the bathroom (not a pleasant surprise).
