The staff was helpful with directions. My room had a good television. Breakfast included fresh croissants, it was a tasty meal.
The elevator required a key to operate. This was sometimes inconvenient.

charming stay in a vibrant area!
excellent location friendly staff
The location was superb. A short walk put me right in the heart of the action! i really liked how close it was to dining options and the main attractions. the staff were very friendly. I felt welcomed and well-cared for .
The room was a bit small. It was a little cramped for luggage and moving around, though it was manageable for a shorter stay!

amazing croissant comfortable room
the breakfast was fantastic with amazing croissants. rooms were very nice and neat. checkout occurred at 12. staff was super nice.
The parking garage was narrow. It was also very steep.

small elevator unfriendly staff
I found a couple things disappointing . The elevator was quite small. Only two people fit, so there were long waits. the staff at reception seemed mostly unfriendly, which affected the overall experience. Only one lady with short dark hair greeted me.

The family room included basically two bedrooms. It allowed for a little more comfort. Breakfast was good and service was attentive.
Our room was not very big. It was a bit uncomfortable for two friends to stay in. The bathroom was tiny and without soundproofing.

easy access sufficient options friendly staff
The location offered easy access to many restaurants. The included breakfast provided sufficient options. The staff was friendly and ready to assist. I found it very convenient to have so many amenities nearby.
The air conditioning could have been a bit stronger, especially during the warmer afternoons.
