The rooftop pool offered a great escape from the city HEAT. I noted about twenty loungers are available, along with a shaded area. The breakfast selection was extensive. There was a good variety of both western and local dishes available.
The street noise was noticeable, especially during peak traffic HOURS.

I received excellent advice regarding local dining and attractions from alice, the front desk associate. the rooftop bar provided excellent beverages and beautiful views. the hotel also arranged a delicious takeaway breakfast for my early check-out. i found the team supportive when i experienced a stressful situation.
The room doors lacked sufficient soundproofing. I heard hallway activity starting at 7:00 am, including doors closing.

the premier room offered two windows, one overlooking the lake, another one overlooking the city , it created a wonderfully bright space. the materials used throughout the room felt high quality to me. the bathroom had both a bath tap and a separate shower, i found it really convenient. i appreciated the quietness, it made resting with open windows possible.
i noticed some disconnection from the male staff at the restaurant and rooftop bar with hotel guests. i think more attention to this area could improve the experience.

the hotel is fantastic! tracy was amazing and helped me with everything i needed, even walked me to the atm. chris met me upon arrival and was very patient as i settled in. the rooftop bar had happy hour and great city views. i loved the pool after a long day. it was a very nice start to my holiday.
the walls felt quite thin and i could hear hallway conversations easily. this happen often but not too late at night.

The staff was attentive. Tracy even came with me to a pharmacy to help with interpreting.
I was disappointed. the two rooms we were booked in had a terrible stink, like stale beer. they sent someone to spray the rooms. It was not someone to check.
