The staff was helpful and attentive. Mr Smith provided some good recommendations to maximize my trip. The location is prime with various spots just a walk away. I would certainly stay here again.
The room's soundproofing was minimal. I could hear noise from other rooms excessively. The privacy in the bathroom was not great due to glass sliding doors.

The staff greeted me when I entered and exited. They offered assistance for any needs. Each of them had a smile, made each day much better. I appreciated this service greatly.

Its within walking distance of pretty much everything! The street is fairly quiet. I enjoyed the proximity to many key attractions, though the parking was expensive!

The room I booked, a Suite Hot Tub, turned out smaller than I expected. It lacked a separate seating area. I felt misled. a staff member entered my room without warning, despite the 'DO NOT DISTURB' sign. They claimed they thought the room was vacant. This seemed unprofessional.

the hotel location seemed convenient, fine.
The bar voucher was a real frustration. I tried to use it twice. the bartender first told me i couldn't because it was happy hour. then, after happy hour, he said i couldn't use it for beer. this made me spend way more money. the whole experience felt intentional and left a bad taste.
