The rooftop bar had a great view of the city. That was acceptable
the mornings were very noisy due to the location specifically sports activities took place right outside the window with loudspeakers and music making it hard to sleep. the shower was difficult to get in and out of it also lacked a door so water leaked all over the tiles and floor. the room service menu did not have many options that appealed to me

lovely stay, excellent service and perfect location!

the proactive staff were really nice too ensure i felt welcomed and comfortable the breakfast included a daily special that was special in addition to a wide array of regular buffet options i found nam's list of his favorite spots useful exploring the area. it.
i did find the mornings quite noisy due to outside activities this made it difficult to sleep in but i still enjoyed everything.

the rooms have amazing bathrooms with rain shower heads plus the windows do a great job blocking out street sounds so it's easy to get a good night's sleep the bed was perfect.

breakfast offers both menu items and a buffet with many options the options include freshly made juice and viet coffee everything was so delicious the rooftop bar is great for sunset drinks so be sure to check it out.

the hotel's location is great all the museums and temples are within walking distance i also noticed plenty of shops restaurants and cafes right outside the hotel i didn't need to order a grab at any point .

the staff was very kind accommodating friendly and most helpful i received a very warm welcome from the staff including complimentary fruit in my room that was a nice touch they were always ready to assist.
