the staff was very friendly. i checked out to visit ha long bay for a couple nights. when i returned, i had several hours before heading to the airport. i was allowed to leave my bags there, even though i wasn't staying anymore.
the pool was open. it was barely usable. the area did not look cute.

central locationmissing foot strap
the staff was polite, and the central location allowed easy access to many attractions.
The gym was a letdown. Treadmills don't work and the bike was missing a foot strap, so i could not exercise as planned.
